Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to consumers — private individuals not acting for purposes relating to a trade, business or profession — with a delivery address in the Netherlands or Belgium. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
Orders placed by or on behalf of a business are accepted at our discretion and are not covered by the consumer rights described here or in our Refund Policy.
Accepting these terms
These terms are made available to you before you complete your order, and you confirm your acceptance during checkout. You can save or print them at any time from this page.
The version of these terms in force at the moment you place your order is the version that applies to that order. If we update these terms, the update does not change an order you have already placed.
How a contract is formed
The products shown on our website are an invitation to order, not a binding offer.
When you complete checkout you are making an offer to buy. A contract exists once we send you an order confirmation by email. If we cannot accept your order, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse, where a product is unavailable, where your details are incomplete or incorrect, where you have previously abused our Money Back Promise, or where an obvious pricing or description error has occurred. An obvious error is one that a reasonable customer would recognise as a mistake.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euros and include Dutch VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before you complete your order.
We may adjust prices, promotions and availability at any time. A change never affects an order already confirmed.
Payment is taken through our payment partners at the moment you place your order, unless a different method is offered at checkout. We do not receive or store your full card details.
Products, safety and health
Our products are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, and they are not a substitute for medical advice, a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle.
Please read the label before use and do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Our products are not intended for anyone under 18, and are not intended for people who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, living with a medical condition, or preparing for surgery. Never stop or change prescribed medication because of a supplement. Check the full ingredient list if you have an allergy or intolerance. Stop using the product and seek advice if you experience an adverse reaction, and please also let us know at hello@floven.nl.
Experiences with supplements differ from person to person. Any customer reviews, testimonials or before-and-after accounts shown on our website or in our advertising describe individual experiences and are not a promise of a particular result for you.
Some products may be available in limited quantities, and we may change or discontinue a product without prior notice.
Delivery
Delivery times shown are estimates. Unless we have agreed otherwise with you, we deliver within 30 days of your order confirmation at the latest. If we cannot meet that, you may contact us to set a reasonable further period or cancel the order for a full refund.
Once your parcel has been handed to the carrier, delays caused by weather, courier capacity or other circumstances beyond our control are outside our influence, but we will always help you trace a delayed parcel.
The risk of loss or damage passes to you once you, or someone you have designated, take physical possession of the products. Until then it is ours.

Returns, refunds and your Money Back Promise
We offer a 30-Night Money Back Promise on first orders, alongside your statutory right of withdrawal and your statutory rights when something is wrong with a product.
The full conditions — including how the Promise works for multi-jar orders, the effect of the safety seal on the statutory right of withdrawal, return addresses and return costs — are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Subscriptions
If you take out a subscription, you authorise recurring payments through your chosen payment method at the price and frequency shown when you subscribe. We tell you the price of each delivery in advance.
There is no minimum commitment period and no cancellation fee. You can pause, skip or cancel at any time through your account or through the cancellation function on our website, and you can also email hello@floven.nl. Changes apply to deliveries that have not yet been processed, so please make them before your next billing date. Orders already processed or shipped cannot be stopped, but your statutory right of withdrawal still applies to them.
Your statutory right of withdrawal applies to your first subscription delivery in the same way as to any other order, subject to the safety seal exception described in our Refund Policy.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your login details confidential and let us know promptly if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for activity under your account, unless it happens through no fault of your own.
Acceptable use
Our website and products are for personal use. You may not resell our products commercially without our written agreement, because as the responsible food business operator we need to know how our products are stored and presented.
You may not use our website to break the law, harm or defame anyone, interfere with the security or operation of the site, upload or transmit harmful code, scrape or systematically copy our content, place automated or bulk orders, or act fraudulently.
We may suspend or end your access if you do any of these.
Intellectual property
The Floven name and logo, our product names, website content, photography, text, design and formulations are owned by or licensed to Floven B.V. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use our content or branding commercially without our written permission.
If you send us a review, photo or other content, or post one publicly about us, you grant us a free, non-exclusive licence to use, display and reproduce it in our communications and advertising, with attribution by first name only. You can withdraw that permission for future use at any time by emailing hello@floven.nl. Only send content you made yourself and have the right to share.
Accuracy of information
We work carefully to keep our product descriptions, ingredient details and educational content accurate and up to date. Occasionally information may be incomplete, out of date or corrected. Educational content on our website is general information and is not personal medical advice.
If a product you receive differs from its description, that is covered by your statutory rights and our Refund Policy.
Website availability
We do our best to keep the website available and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend or change parts of the site for maintenance or development.
Third-party links and tools
Our website may include links to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Use them at your own discretion and read their terms and privacy policies.
Personal data
How we collect, store and use your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where the law does not allow it. In particular, we do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for intent or deliberate recklessness on our part, under product liability law, or for your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal conformity guarantee.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
We are not liable for damage resulting from use of a product contrary to its label, the recommended dose or the health warnings above, or from a failure to seek medical advice where these terms recommend it.
Force majeure
We are not liable for failing to meet an obligation where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, carrier or supplier failure, strikes, power or internet outages, or government measures. If such a situation lasts longer than 30 days, either of us may cancel the affected order and we will refund what you have paid.
Complaints
If something is not right, email hello@floven.nl with your order number. We aim to reply within 2 business days and to resolve complaints within 14 days. If we need longer, we will tell you when to expect an answer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, and the version that applied when you placed your order continues to govern that order.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and any contract between us are governed by Dutch law. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer rules of that country.
Disputes may be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands. As a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
If part of these terms does not apply
If any provision of these terms turns out to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in force, and the invalid provision is replaced by one that comes as close as possible to its intended meaning.
