If something is not as expected, we are here to help.
Our Money Back Promise
If She Sleeps is not what you hoped for, you can request a refund within 60 days of your first order.
You do not need to return the opened jar.
We invite you to pass it on to someone who may benefit from it. Let it support someone else in their nightly rhythm.
All you need is your order number or proof of purchase.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
We do encourage using Floven consistently for 60 days before deciding, so you can experience the full ritual.
To keep this policy fair for everyone, we may decline a refund request if misuse or intentional abuse of the guarantee is suspected. This includes patterns that suggest repeated claims without genuine product use.
Multiple Month Orders
If you ordered more than one month at once, any unopened jars must be returned to us for a refund.
Return shipping is at your own cost.
Once the unopened products arrive back with us, we will process your refund.
How to Request a Refund

We will guide you through the process and confirm the next steps.
Please wait for our approval before sending anything back. Items sent without approval cannot be accepted.
Damages or Issues
If your parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away.
We will resolve it with care.
Refund Timing
Once your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method within ten business days.
Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process it.

Non Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or refunds for sale items, special promotions or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you would like another item, the fastest option is to request a refund first and place a new order once your refund has been approved.
