Shipping policy
General Information
We prepare and ship all orders with care. At checkout you can see if delivery to your address is available. If you have any questions about your destination, you can reach us at hello@floven.nl.
Order Processing
Orders placed after 16:00 or on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Once your order has been confirmed, it is usually prepared and shipped within 1 business day.
Estimated Delivery Times

Netherlands has an estimated delivery time of 1 to 3 business days.

Belgium has an estimated delivery time of 1 to 3 business days.

European Union has an estimated delivery time of 2 to 6 business days.
We currently do not deliver outside the EU.
As soon as your parcel has been dispatched you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery through our partners including PostNL and DHL.
Possible Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of customs checks, weather conditions or courier capacity. These circumstances are outside our control.
Delays and Cancellations
If your delivery takes more than 14 business days beyond the estimated timeframe you may cancel your order by emailing hello@floven.nl.
If your order has already been shipped the parcel must be returned to us before any refund can be issued.
Delivery Attempts
Our carriers will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
If these attempts are unsuccessful the parcel may be returned to us. Additional administrative or return fees may apply unless a new delivery or pickup is arranged in time.
Order Inspection
Please check your order when it arrives.
If you notice damage, missing items or anything that appears incorrect, contact us following the instructions in our Refund Policy. Reporting quickly helps us resolve the issue faster.
